Trade101 is designed with privacy in mind. Here's what we collect:
Data Stored Locally (On Your Device Only)
- Learning progress and quiz scores
- Earned badges and achievements
- App preferences (theme, notifications)
- Streak and XP data
This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up.
Crash Reports (Anonymous)
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- Crash logs and error messages
Crash reports are sent to Sentry.io to help us fix bugs. These reports do not contain personal information.
Purchase Information
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- We do not have access to your payment details
- We only receive confirmation of purchase status
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Your name or email address
- Location data
- Contacts or photos
- Browsing history
- Trading or financial information
3. How We Use Information
The limited data we collect is used to:
- Improve app stability by fixing crashes
- Understand which features are most used (aggregated, anonymous)
- Verify premium purchase status
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only external services we use are:
- Sentry.io - For crash reporting (anonymous)
- Apple/Google - For processing in-app purchases
5. Data Retention
Your learning progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted. Crash reports are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Delete your data - Use "Reset Progress" in Settings to clear all local data
- Disable crash reporting - Contact us to opt out
- Request data export - Contact us at the email below
7. Children's Privacy
Trade101 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date.
